You'll arrive in Israel and get settled into your hotel in Tel Aviv or Jerusalem. The rest of the day is yours to unwind and explore the neighborhood at your own pace. Tomorrow is when the organized tour kicks off, so today's mostly about getting oriented and recovering from your flight.

Tel Aviv & Jaffa
Start by walking through Old Jaffa's narrow streets, stopping at St. Peter's Church and taking in the views from Jaffa Port. After that, you'll head to the Old Railway Station (Park HaMesila) and check out historic Rothschild Boulevard. Then it's on to see the colorful street art in Nahalat Binyamin. By afternoon, you'll get a guided tasting tour at Carmel Market where you'll try local foods like falafel, malawach, and fresh juices. If it's Saturday, you'll visit HaMesila Park and Florentin instead of some of these spots.

Caesarea - Akko - Haifa
This morning you're heading north along Israel's coast. First stop is Caesarea Port, where you can walk through 2000-year-old ruins including an ancient amphitheater and hippodrome. From there, you'll drive to Akko, a UNESCO World Heritage site where you can wander through crusader-era streets and history. Later, head to Haifa to see the Bahai Gardens and Stella Maris Monastery, both with great views. The German Colony is yours to explore on your own time before heading back to Tel Aviv or Jerusalem by evening.

Masada - Ein Gedi - Dead Sea
Meet your guide early at a central spot and travel to Masada. You'll ride the cable car up to the fortress, soak in the Dead Sea views, and get a guided tour of this historic site built by King Herod. After Masada, head to Ein Gedi Nature Reserve for a walk through the desert oasis. The day wraps up at the Dead Sea where you can float around and relax in the mineral-rich water.

- Day 5
Jerusalem Old City & City of David
Begin at the City of David, the ancient royal city just outside the Old City walls, then spend time at the Western Wall. Next, you'll explore the Western Wall Tunnels to walk through ancient passages hidden beneath the busy Old City above. Grab lunch, and afterward walk through the Jewish Quarter where you'll see the Tower of David and pass through Jaffa Gate.

Jerusalem
Today focuses on Jerusalem's major museums and modern areas. You'll spend time at the Israel Museum checking out artifacts from throughout Israel's history, the Shrine of the Books, recreated synagogues from different regions, and the Dead Sea Scrolls. On the way to Yad Vashem, you'll pass the Knesset, Rose Garden, and other government buildings. Then you'll visit the Yad Vashem Holocaust Memorial Museum to learn about this important history and pay your respects.
