  We had a wonderful experience touring Morocco with Best Tour Morocco. From the very beginning, dealing with Ismail was smooth and easy — he was always prompt to respond and very accommodating. The itinerary was well thought out, and the hotels/riads selected were all of excellent quality. A special mention goes to Youssef, our driver. He was always punctual, friendly, and very attentive. Given the long hours spent on the road in this beautiful country, having such a skilled and thoughtful driver made a huge difference. He quickly noticed how much we enjoy good coffee, so he made sure we stopped at lovely spots along the way. He also understood that we preferred nature over shopping areas and adjusted the journey accordingly. His fluency in both English and Spanish made communication easy and comfortable. We enjoyed many things throughout the trip, but the absolute highlight was the night in the desert — everything ran smoothly, the camel and the 4 WD rides over the dunes, the visit to the villages, the glamping place and the food were beautiful, and it was a truly memorable experience. Overall, our trip through Morocco was relaxed and enjoyable thanks to the efficiency and reliability of Best Tour Morocco. Highly recommended!Show more

  I couldn't recommend this tour enough. Our visit was coordinated by Ismail, who went above and beyond to accommodate our visit. I was visiting Marrakech with my family for a short trip. Before the trip, we had a Zoom call to discuss what we wanted to do and Ismail built a custom itinerary for us. He accommodated changes and even arranged a guided day trip to Casablanca at our request. Ismail was very flexible with our requests, including offering multiple payment options, and even arranged a local SIM card so I would be able to use data for communication and navigation. The tour included airport pickup and drop-off which very friendly, professional drivers. All the drivers we had on the trip were ready ahead of time and very easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. A special thanks goes to Hamza, our driver for Casablanca and the airport drop-off. Our first day included a guided tour of the medina with a local guide Zubeida. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, and took us to all the places we wanted to see. We covered major landmarks like the Bahia Palace and the Madrasa Ben Youssef — though it's possible to do visit without a guide, going with Zubeida meant we could skip the queues and get detailed histories of the sites, so I highly recommend the guided option. We had a few wishlist items that we wanted to buy from the market, and she took us to local vendors she knows and trusts. The prices the vendors offered were genuinely cheaper than other shops and got us fair prices on our purchases. For our day trip to Casablanca (about 3 hours by car fro Marrakech) Ismail and Hamza accomodated an early start and pickup/drop+off from our apartment doorstep. The trip included a local guide who took us to the Hassan II mosque and the local market. It also included a drive through the city with the guide's commentary. Hamza made sure we covered the stops we wanted to see in the time we had. We had an absolutely amazing time, and genuinely would not have had as excellent a trip without Ismail's help. Booking through him is a great way to know you're getting the best value for money, excellent service and communication, and care. It also ensures that you get peace of mind, knowing you'll be with trusted locals for your trip. I can't recommend this service enough!Show more

  In general, we were very pleased with the tour. The itineraries involved a lot of driving, but we did expect that communication through tour. Radar was excellent. Responsive and quick. Our driver, Hamza was a very capable driver, although at times his driving was slow compared with the traffic flow. He was very patient, helpful and kind and we could not have asked for better. Hamza‘s English was not terribly good so we did have a few communication hangups. I would recommend him as a guide on future tours. I paid for an upgraded hotel package, and for the most part, the hotels were very good. The last night of our tour in Casablanca, the Radisson hotel had the tour radar reservation, but insisted on moving us to a different hotel, for reasons that were not explained. The guide’s Inn fez was excellent. The guides in Marrakesh, and the blue city were adequate. All in all we enjoyed the tour very much and for the most part I would say it was very well organized.Show more
