Landmarks/POIs Sinharaja Rainforest - Day 2
Sinharaja Rainforest to Udawalawe National Park
This morning you'll hike through Sinharaja rainforest, which is a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve with pristine lowland rainforest. Afterward, you'll drive to Udawalawe National Park, known for having a large elephant population. You'll check in at your safari resort for the night.

Udawalawe to Tissamaharama
Early on you'll visit the Udawalawe Elephant Transit Camp, where orphaned baby elephants get rehabilitated to return to the wild. In the afternoon, you'll take a safari in an open off-road vehicle through the national park. Later you'll drive to Tissamaharama and settle in for the night.

Yala National Park to Colombo
You'll go on safari in Yala National Park, which has over 400 wild Asian elephants that are relatively easy to spot in the open habitat. After that, you'll head back to Colombo, reaching the airport around 6 pm.
