Itinerary
- Day 1
Kathmandu to Nagarkot
You'll start before sunrise with private transport heading to Nagarkot Hill Station, getting there roughly an hour and a half before dawn breaks. Once you arrive, settle in to watch the sunrise and take in the mountain views stretching across the landscape. Breakfast follows at Nagarkot Hotel, where you can recharge before the day's walk. From there, you'll head through traditional villages on your way toward Changunarayan while the white peaks and Kathmandu Valley stay visible around you. For getting back, you have options depending on how you're feeling and what appeals to you, whether that's a direct drive, hiking to Telkot then driving, or walking all the way to Changunarayan.
