Split to Hvar
Start with breakfast, then you'll have time to walk through Diocletian's Palace in Split at your own pace. The ferry or catamaran to Hvar leaves in the afternoon, giving you a scenic journey across the water. You'll arrive on the island and have the evening to settle in. This is your first of two nights here, so there's plenty of time to get oriented with the town's layout and waterfront.

Hvar
This is a free day on Hvar, so you can organize it however you like. Head out to see the lavender fields and olive oil production sites, or spend time at the terraced vineyards where they produce local red wines. Back in town, you can find the historic theatre, which happens to be Europe's oldest. The waterfront is worth an afternoon stroll, and the whole island feels relaxed and unhurried.

Hvar to Korčula
After breakfast and some quiet time in Hvar, you'll board a boat in the afternoon headed to Korcul. The journey takes you across the water to this medieval island, and you'll arrive by evening. Once there, you can settle into your accommodation and maybe walk around the old town a bit before dinner. It's a smaller place than what you've seen so far, with narrow streets and stone buildings.

Korčula to Dubrovnik

You'll arrive with time to check in and maybe grab dinner along the coast before settling in for your stay.

You'll have time to cover quite a bit without rushing through anything.

The Elaphite Archipelago islands offer beaches, historical sites, hiking trails, and local restaurants if you want more of an excursion.
