    Our tours are for over 18's only. The majority of people on our tours are aged 18 to 39, but also we regularly have people in their 40's travel with us and have an incredible time! Majority of our travellers are in their 20s and 30s!

    We have 3 bookings so far for this date, and so if you and your friend book this start date it will already be a guaranteed departure. The other travellers are aged from mid 20s to mid 30s so far, so you'll fit right in!

  I am interested in your India Experience 13-day tour and would like to know if it runs over the New Year period. Specifically, I am looking to start the tour on December 26th, and I would love to know if that's possible.

    The only time we don't operate any of our tours is between Christmas and New Year. This allows our team to have a well deserved break with their families. So all our tour dates are worked out so they finish before the holidays and start again in the new year.

  As a solo traveller, it looks great but I was hoping to find out a little more information about the transport. Such as what sort of vehicles are used and how long the different journeys are between destinations. Also is it possible to see links or websites for the different accommodation we would be staying in during the trip?

    Travel times will vary due to traffic/road closures/etc. It can range from 2 hours to 6 hours or so, depending on the day. You'll mainly travel via bus with the exception of the internal flight!

    With the busses would their be toilets on board or would there be stops along the way for the longer journeys? I have had anxiety this year on and off, I'm hoping it is gone but one trigger was feeling trapped/stuck so the journey by bus is something I'm trying to process as much as possible. With the rooms is it possible to book a solo room or are you placed with another traveller? Finally, I saw breakfast is included and 4 dinners. Aside from that will the guide bring us to restaurants that are charged separately or do we arrange dinner ourselves on nights when it is not provided?

    There isn't usually a toilet on board the bus but there is definitely plenty of stops along the route for the longer journeys! We can certainly look into the possibility of a private room for you. However we do room you with someone of the same gender and try our best to room you with someone of a similar age in twin rooms. Regarding dinners - yes indeed- the guide will take the group out to restaurants/venues and also have recommendations incase you want to do your own thing. The dinners that are not included will be at your expense so you have the option to stay with the group or go elsewhere!

    Just comparing with other companies and curious. For example a similar(ish) trip with a different tour operator is €2,640. Is the difference in price purely down to not being fully inclusive/ 4 star accommodation options or am I missing something? As it seems a huge difference in price. I just want to make sure I amn't missing anything

  I'm 41 but if I have a family member want to join who is older will that be an issue? I read that vaccinations are recommended but want to make sure that I can travel without any if I prefer? What is the age demographic of attendees if I may ask and are there any solo travelers in the group?

    Over Holi, the group will be in Ranthambore which is a quaint town. You will experience a safari in the morning, and then have a free afternoon where your group leader will arrange for you all to take part in some celebrations!

  I wish to book the 12 day tour India experience tour. I am 63, and travelling by myself. I have sleep apnea and use a machine which could be noisy. I wonder how the hotel room arrangements are. Will I be sharing the room with other members of the group? If yes, can there be an arrangement made for my condition? Shall I still go ahead and book my spot?

    The majority of our group members are in their 20's and 30's, so unfortunately I don't think our tours would be suitable for you. We really hope you find a suitable trip and that you have a fantastic time in India, it's truly an incredible country! You may find that other tour operators on Tour Radar have some suitable tours for you.

  Can I booked an open dated tour via Tour Radar?

    Tour Radar don't accept open dated bookings. However, you could book on a future date (say December 2025) and then contact us once you know which start date you'd actually like to travel on. We charge no fees for date changes as long as you let us know more than 30 days in advance of the trip starting.

    You can change your date as many times as you wish, with no charge, as long as it is more than 30 days before the start date!

    If you let us know more than 30 days before your start date, we can move your booking over to another start date for free. However, we have departure based pricing which means the price can fluctuate depending on the popularity of the start date. If you move to a peak date, you would need to pay the difference in price.

    If I was to purchase a sale price and choose to push it out on a non-sale price, I'll have to pay the difference? How about if I bought it as a standard price and then Intro chooses to increase the standard prices?

    If you book a sale date and move to a non-sale date, you'd need to pay the difference in price. When you place a deposit, it locks in the standard price of the trip. Even if the trip price increases in the future, you wouldn't be required to pay additional fees. The only exception would be if you moved to a peak date, in which case you'd need to pay the difference in price.
