Arrival in Siem Reap
You'll arrive in Siem Reap and check into your luxury hotel for a three-night stay. The afternoon and early evening are yours to settle in and relax at your own pace. Later, you'll meet your tour director and other travelers at a welcome briefing followed by dinner together.

Siem Reap
Start with a champagne buffet breakfast at the hotel. You can choose your own activity for the morning: explore Banteay Srei Temple from the 10th century, visit the Landmine Museum, try hands-on crafts at Senteurs d'Angkor, or sail on Tonle Sap Lake to a floating village. This afternoon you'll head to Angkor Wat for photography during the ideal light. Tonight you'll have VIP seating at Phare Circus to see Cambodian performers tell stories through theatre, music, dance and circus.

Siem Reap
Rise early for a sunrise viewing over Angkor Wat, then enjoy champagne breakfast from a local bakery school supported by Scenic. From there you'll visit Ta Prohm Temple with its jungle atmosphere, then explore Angkor Thom and the multi-faced Bayon Temple. The afternoon is free to wander Siem Reap markets or relax at your hotel. Siem Reap to Kampong Cham
After a coach transfer to Kampong Cham, you'll pass through rural Cambodia visiting the Khmer bridge at Kampong Kdei and stopping at a stone cutters village. Then you'll board the Scenic Spirit and enjoy a cocktail reception with the cruise director. You can explore the ship's amenities and settle into your suite. Your personal butler begins service tonight along with the welcome dinner.

Kampong Cham
You'll wake as the ship approaches Wat Hanchey, an ancient hilltop pagoda with Mekong River views. After learning about novice monk life from locals, you'll sail back to Kampong Cham. Angkor Ban - Oknha Tey - Phnom Penh
Start the morning by walking through Angkor Ban to see the historical wooden houses, then stop at a local home to get a sense of how people actually live there. You'll head to a pagoda where you'll receive a Buddhist blessing and take part in an alms ceremony. After that, the boat sails downstream to Oknha Tey island so you can watch artisans at work with traditional silk weaving. Once back on board, there's free time to either learn how to wear a Cambodian scarf or spend time at the Wellness Centre if you want to relax. The evening wraps up with Sundowners cocktails on the sundeck, a cultural performance, and dinner.

Return to the ship for lunch with the afternoon free. Tonight you'll do the exclusive Phnom Penh by City Lights tour exploring the capital's nightlife, then visit a local rum distillery for a private tour and tasting with drinks.

Phnom Penh to Vietnam Border
This morning you'll visit the Royal Palace with the Silver Pagoda, built in the 1860s and still the official residence of Cambodia's King. Back on the Scenic Spirit, you'll sail away from Phnom Penh toward the Vietnamese border. The afternoon is relaxing with access to the ship's library, lounge with wine, pool, or your private suite and balcony. After immigration clearance at the border, you'll enjoy a themed dinner on the sundeck with a lion dance performed by locals.

In Sa Dec, you'll board a sampan to explore the wet market meeting sellers and viewing local goods. Visit the grand home of Mr. Huynh Thuy Le, a Chinese merchant who inspired Marguerite Duras' novel, with your guide explaining this tragic love story. After lunch on the ship sailing downstream to Cai Be, you can choose your afternoon activity: take a sampan to Tan Phong island with tropical fruit orchards and water hyacinth weaving, ride a motorized buggy through orchards sampling fruits, enjoy afternoon tea at a French colonial house with live music, or join a hands-on cocktail making class aboard. You'll bid farewell to the Scenic Spirit and drive 90 minutes to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival, you'll visit the War Museum for historical context. Then check into your historic hotel in District One near the Opera House for a two-night stay. Tonight choose your dining: ride a Vespa with a driver stopping at local spots for street food and drinks, dine at Mandarine Restaurant in Hue imperial court style, eat at Noir Dining in the Dark supporting the blind community, tour Saigon's street food and bars by vintage Jeep, or enjoy the buffet at your hotel.

Later you'll visit the Reunification Palace, the former Presidential House famous for the 1975 tank images that marked the war's end. Tonight enjoy a farewell dinner with your fellow travelers.
