Itinerary
- Day 1
Rio de Janeiro
You'll arrive in Rio and get settled at your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to do whatever you need, whether that's exploring the city a bit or just resting after travel. If you happen to land early, tours can be set up ahead of time. Later on, there's an optional chance to join a samba school parade and experience carnival the way locals do, if that interests you.

- Day 2
Rio de Janeiro
A private guide takes you through Rio's main sights. You'll head up Corcovado mountain to see Christ the Redeemer, then move on to the colorful Selarón Steps. After that, take the cable car up Sugarloaf Mountain for views across the city. The guide also includes the Sambadrome, and you'll pass by Maracana Stadium, Lapa Arches, and Metropolitan Cathedral. Lunch at a buffet is part of the day, and your guide will plan the route to skip the worst crowds and get the most out of your time.

- Day 3
Rio de Janeiro
This day is open for you to wander through street carnival and join the famous Blocos if you want. Or you can book optional activities like trekking, favela tours, or beach time instead. Come evening, head to the Sambadrome for the main carnival event. You'll watch six top samba schools perform with their floats, dancers, and singers in the special group parade. Several different transfer times back to your hotel are available so you can choose when to leave.

Rio de Janeiro to Airport
After breakfast, your driver picks you up from the hotel and takes you to the airport with plenty of time before your flight departs.
