- Sandra· January 19th, 2026We had an excellent tour guide in Ecuador and then a good guide for the Galapagos section of the tour. However, G adventures over-scheduled the day trip fior snorkeling. Consequently the G Adventures guide had to hire a second boat and a local guide. It was a terrible experience! The local guide never gave any safety instructions, took over a week to send us any pictures,and allowed the other boat to drench us with a huge wave. The boat ride back was over an hour long. With everything we owned soaking wet.we could not get warm and trip was miserable. The lunch provided was also horrible. Shame on G-Adventures! Also the included lunch was horrible.Show more

G AdventuresOperator•Written April 2025On this tour, the rooming would be twin/double occupancy, triple is not possible unless we have a minor travelling! Here is what it would look like: Room 1: 2 travellers You can choose between 2 twin beds in the room or 1 double bed. Room 2: The third traveller can either share with another solo traveller of the same gender and pay the same price as you. Or, book his/her own room for an additional cost, which is approximately an additional 2879.00 USD to the trip cost (subject to be different depends on the departure).
