  Last May, we had the chance to explore the Sahara Desert after a friend recommended Mustafa and Escorted Morocco Tours. We joined a 5-day Morocco Sahara tour, which took us through the breathtaking Erg Chebbi dunes. We were so lucky to have Mustafa as our guide, we truly cannot praise him enough. He is one of the most amazing and special people we have ever met: warm, genuine, incredibly smart, and deeply knowledgeable. His insights went far beyond Morocco and his Berber roots, and our scenic drives to the desert were filled with engaging, meaningful conversations on many different topics. The accommodations were equally memorable and full of character, especially Dar Blues in the Dades Gorges. The Tiziri Camp in the Sahara was simply exceptional, a perfect blend of authenticity and comfort. We spent two nights there, and we honestly did not want to leave. Thank you, Mustafa, for showing us the true Moroccan experience and for opening our minds to new perspectives that have touched our lives in such a positive way.Show more

  These few days traveling with Moustafa into the desert from Marrakech was out of this world. He prepared an adventure that was simply unforgettable. The whole travel experience from Marrakech was part of the excitement: he stopped at points of interest that were "off the beaten path". We saw a salt mine, had tea with the Nomads, dined with the Berber family at their home, saw magnificent views of the mountains and valleys and rivers, we walked around abandoned Berber villages under the careful guide of uncomparable, listened to an authentic Gnawa music performed by the local villagers, and were provided with a brief history of places we visited. He knew all the nooks of the entire trail leading to the abandoned Berber villages under the careful guide of Moustapha. We had experienced authentic live Gnawa music performed by the local villagers, and we were were provided with a brief history of places we visited. The trip was out of this world. The entire desert camping experience was unbelievable. We rode camels at sunset, climbed the highest dunes, did dune bashing, had an awesome and festive night at the desert camp with music and drums, had delicious dinner each night and gazed at the endless skies full of stars at night. Our accommodations were superior, very comfortable and unique! I can't even describe how memorable this experience has been for my friends and I. Highly recommend Moustafa and his crew! We loved it and will come back. If you book with Moustapha you will never be disappointed. We love love love Moustapha. Thank you !!!Show more
