  From the very beginning Marco travels was just outstanding. Their response time was really fast and they was very clear in their responses. We found their pricing to be reasonable. We did receive cheaper quotes from a few other tour providers but we were not very confident in what they were providing. We asked Ali from Marco travels to modify our itinerary multiple times and each time they responded patiently and fast. We booked the hotel and restaurants ourself as we felt this gave us more flexibility. On landing in Cairo Ahmed our driver for the next 7 days was waiting for us. We were late by 2 hours but he didn't say a word about the delay. Through out our trip he was always with us. He was extremely protective and calm, making sure we were not rushed in any of our site visits. He was also super punctual, driving few minutes before our pick up time. The 3 tour guides with us (one for Giza, Cairo and Alexandria) were all knowledgable. They were also very enthusiastic. One of the best things about having a guide with us was that the local scammers and sellers never disturbed us. In between our tour, a representative of the company even visited us with a lovely gift for each of us. It was a lovely gesture. You cannot go wrong with Marco travels and Ali. From the moment you touch down to the moment you leave, they will make sure you are well looked after and you have a great experience.Show more

  I booked this trip very last minute and everything was easy with excellent communication from the company. I had a great driver, Mahmoud, who greeted me at the airport and then a lovely and very knowledgeable guide, Ali, for the whole weekend. The tour was amazing, covered all the main sights and was flexible enough to fit around preferences and fligths. Could not recommend more!Show more

  The trip was amazing! Everything was organized according to the voucher, and Ali, the organizer, even organized for us two trips that were not included since we arrived earlier in Cairo than the tour. The accomodation was top level, great food, great service and everybody was extremely kind and serviceabile. Loved the trip, I cannot reccomend them enough. We visited everything there is to see in Cairo and on the cruise and all the guides were very expert and knowledgeable. Both Mustafa, our guide in Cairo, and Sharky, our guide on the cruiser were amazing! Highly reccomended, amazing quality for the price!Show more

  The places we visited were amazing and spoke for themselves! Our guide, Mai, not only gave interesting historical information, but also on egyptian culture and modern life. It's very interesting to find info from both worlds. She was very friendly, patient and professional throughout the day tour and even helped us with a medical need at that time. She gave us a treat, some kind of a date biscuit, which we ended up taking home for friends and family to taste a bit of Egypt.Show more

  Excellent tour. Wonderful guide Mo was a great tour guide from start to finish. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. It is so important to have a guide at the museum to direct you to view the main exhibits and as a Phd Egyptologist his knowledge was immense. He started the tour showing us the sites on the way to the museum. I would say that it might be better to get a tour with entry fee included to save time queuing for the ticket, but Mo queued with us and showed us through and it took no longer than approx 10 minutes to get the ticket and gain entry. No never hurried us along. He gave us options of what to see. I did not realise that included in the tour was a visit to the Papyrus museum. Very interesting to see how Papyrus was made and some of the idea behind the museum was to buy Papyrus art products. But absolutely no pressure to do so from Mo or the shop which was a welcome relief. Also included was a visit to the Oil and scent store which was actually interesting to smell all the different oil scents and see the intricate containers and again no pressure at all to purchase. Prices there are protected by the government Mo explained so if you do buy you don’t feel you have overpaid. Mohammed the driver was also excellent and all in all it was a great trip and o recommend the tour to all I had checked the reviews for this particular tour carefully before I chose it and was not disappointed in the least.
