    Would I make such a request to your team or to the hotel?

      You would make the room upgrade request through us, and then we would update your Trip Details through your TourRadar portal once we have that confirmed on our end. The only time you would have to request anything directly from the hotel is when you are in-destination or if you are setting up pre or post nights with the hotels independently of Collette

    How many hotels will we be staying in on this tour? Will All locations on all days of this tour have tour guides? Additionally, will a tour director/guide be with on the entire time? How many people are now signed up for this trip?

      For any Collette "Spotlight" tour, we stay at one hotel through the entire tour. In this case, we have the Radisson Blu Hotel in Nice as the property we use as our hub. Yes, you have your main Tour Manager with you throughout the entire program. You would travel with an average of 37 people (44 passenger maximum.) For the chosen date, we show about half capacity is currently booked, so about 20 travelers so far.

      To answer your immediate question, the hotels on the packages themselves are not a flexible component. These are determined by our Product team based on traveler feedback, vendor experiences, and general service standards, which for Collette is 4 stars or above. If there is a concern about the proposed hotel, please let us know.

'Unpack your bags just once and stay at a single hotel for your entire adventure, which begins with an overnight flight to France.' - For our Spotlight tours, you would be staying at one location for the duration of the stay. Any travelers departing from the US or Canda will require an overnight flight into Nice, France.
