The tour was GREAT! From the care taken by you with the pre-trip info and arrangements to the actual tour it made the trip almost seamless. Mike was a great host, guide, and friend to all and his knowledge of the area was very impressive. Our bus driver was also great. Her knowledge of local things and her care and cheerfulness to us all was appreciated. Riding in an open-air jeep to see buffaloes to the lighting of Mount Rushmore at night are great memories.Show more

Loved the tour. Think the communication with itinerary and packet needed better verbiage. Not happy with seats for flight. I loved everything about the Rocky Mountineer. The service and staff as well as the food was exceptional. Nothing was more beautiful than being able to see the Canadian Rockies from the glass enclosed train car. Wow! As an amateur photographer, I will always remember how and all I was taking pictures at Lake Louise. It would be nice if we could've stayed two days at the Fairmont.Show more

The only criticism that I would have is that there was not enough free time to explore experiences that were not included in the tour. I do realize that opinion would normally be in the minority. Our tour guide was incredible. Extremely personable and knowledgeable. His ability to handle the few challenges that popped up was swift and professional. He was very helpful to those who needed it. By far, my personal favorite experience on the trip was the few days in Killarney and the ring of Kerry.Show more
