What time do the tours start in the mornings?

The first day is your arrival day. We will assist you with the airport transfer and hotel check-in. You'll then have free time to relax and the tour will start the following morning.

Would you be able to help me with sorting my visa out?

Unfortunately we are not offering visa services.

We will have 3 pieces big 26" lugguage and 3 pcs of hand carry. Can your vechile allow? Are we using same vechile and same guide throughout entire trip from Greece to Bucharest? What's the expected size of the group? What are the options or other entry fee payment?

Our vehicle allows one large piece of baggage and one carry-on per person. Regarding the tour, you will not have the same guide and vehicle throughout. Until Meteora, you'll be traveling with a larger group of approximately 30 people. After Meteora, you will continue with a smaller group of 8 in a luxury minivan with a driver/guide. The optional Transylvania full-day tour costs €120 per person and must be reserved in advance.

We have 26" luggage each and 1 hand carry. Is there storage in the transport. Roughly how much are the total entrance fee and tax we need to prepare in cash?

We have capacity for 26kg of luggage per person, with 1 large luggage and 1 carry-on allowed. Regarding taxes, you only need to pay in Greece: For 3-star hotels: €2.5 per person, per night. For 4-star hotels: €5 per person, per night. (You are paying directly at hotel reception). As for additional entrance fees not included in the program, the group will decide with the guide during the tour. The only exception is the Transylvania all-day tour 120 euro, which requires advance payment if you wish to participate.

Do you have shared rooms for a single female traveler? If so, what is the price?

How Independent are we? I read the descriptions. We have guided tours and it sounds like we have a guide/driver throughout the trip. I know most tours have a walking tour of a town then you're on your own.

On other days of the tour, you'll have an escorted guide who handles your transportation, guides you through key sites and helps organize your time. Payment information
- For any tour departing before July 29th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 29th, 2026, a minimum payment of 25% is required to confirm your booking with Ajdinis. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 35 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Ajdinis will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Ajdinis" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
