- Day 1
Naples
You'll arrive in Naples by train and head to your hotel to get settled. After that, you've got free time to grab lunch wherever you'd like. In the afternoon, it's time to walk through one of the local food markets and get a feel for how the city operates. This is a good day to acclimate and start picking up on the energy of Naples.

- Day 2
Pompeii
You're heading about 30 minutes outside the city to Pompeii for a guided tour of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. The guide will take you through thermal baths, the Lupanare with its historic frescoes, the Macellum marketplace, the commercial streets, the Basilica, and the House of Faun. Expect the tour to run around 1.5 hours with plenty of chances to take photos. You'll be back in Naples by afternoon.

Amalfi Coast
This is a full coastal drive with several stops along the way. You'll start with a photo break or two, then visit a Limoncello factory to see how they make that famous liqueur. From there, you stop in Sorrento for about an hour to walk around the artisan shops. Next, you head to Positano for lunch at a seaside restaurant where you can sit on the terrace. After eating, you continue on to Amalfi where you can check out St. Andrew's Cathedral, spend time on the beach, or try some local handmade ice cream.

- Day 4
Capri
After breakfast, you're taking a hydrofoil over to Capri island. A minibus picks you up and takes you to Anacapri where you'll have free time to walk around and explore on your own. Later, after lunch, you head back down to Capri and visit the Augustus Gardens. By late afternoon, you'll catch the hydrofoil back to Naples.

Naples to Rome
You'll have breakfast and then head to the train station to catch your train to Rome. As you leave, keep in mind that Naples is known for its artisans who create all sorts of handmade items, and those make really nice souvenirs if you picked any up during your time here.
