Asked on May 2nd, 2024Are 2 Pax. Even if more people don't sign up for this date, the tour take place with just the two of us? How many working days on advense for 27/07/2024 do we have to arrive in Kathmandu to give you our passports for Tibet Visa? On arrival day to Kathmandu airport, the pick-up to the hotel is included in the price? And hotel pick-up on day 1 of the tour? On Day 8 of the tour (arrival in Kathmandu) can you do the drop-off directly at Kathmandu airport?

Traveler•Written May 2024I have a flight arriving at Nepal airport on July 22nd at 4:45pm. We can hand over our passports to your driver who will pick-up us at the airport, or go in person deliver them directly to your agency. Is this ok with the deadline for obtaining the Tibet Visa for the tour departure on July 27th? I know that your agency owns a hotel in the center of Kathmandu. I will have to stay in the city for 5 nights waiting for the Tibet Visa. If I choose your hotel, do I have any special offers or promotions as I am a client of your agency?

Please deliver your passport in person at our mini-office, inside the Hotel Kathmandu Suite Home. Yes, it's okay to obtain the Tibet Visa for the departure on July 27th. There is no need to stay all night in Kathmandu; you can go on a hillside tour nearby Kathmandu or Pokhara or join our yoga class if you are interested. We will gladly offer you a special rate if you decide to stay at our hotel.

Do I also have to get the China Visa here at the embassy or is it not necessary? If I decide to stay at your hotel, what is your special rate in Euros for a double room city view with breakfast?

For the visa and permit procedure, please download the visa form and send it back to us. Also, please provide us with a passport copy and photo. No need for Nepal Visa; you can apply online and pay on arrival. No, you do not need to get China Visa at the embassy. Please stay with us during the visa process; it will be more convenient for both of us.
