  The buses between destinations, such as the San Pedro de Atacama - Salta one, are included. What´s not included is how you get from your San Pedro accommodation to the Bus Station or from Salta Bus Station to your accommodation.
  
  Regarding needing sleeping bag or special gears, no, it´s not necesary.
  
  However, you should know that the accommodation during the Uyuni Tour is pretty basic.

  The bus between the cities is a public bus, not a Hi Travel bus.
  
  Regarding the guides, you will have a guide during each excursion. However, there won't be a guide accompanying you during the transfers between cities, as those are carried out on public buses.
  
  The only exception is the Overland tour, where you will travel with a guide throughout the journey. Please note that the guide on this tour is Spanish-speaking.
