The tour was well-organized and included all the must-see attractions in Southern India. Romantic Southern India Tour from Kochi and it was an incredible experience. From the beautiful landscapes and rich culture to the delicious food and warm hospitality, every aspect of this tour was truly unforgettable. Our tour started in Kochi, a charming coastal city filled with historic landmarks and bustling markets. We explored the city and its famous Chinese fishing nets before heading to the backwaters of Alleppey. The houseboat ride through the backwaters was a serene and romantic experience, with stunning views of the lush greenery and traditional villages. Next, we visited the hill station of Munnar, known for its sprawling tea plantations and breathtaking views. We took a scenic drive through the mountains and enjoyed a romantic picnic amidst the tea gardens. The fresh mountain air and tranquil surroundings made it the perfect spot for some quality time with my partner. We then headed to Thekkady, where we went on a thrilling jungle safari in Periyar National Park. We were lucky enough to spot elephants, deer, and even a tiger in their natural habitat. The evening was spent watching a traditional Kathakali dance performance, a mesmerizing art form unique to Kerala. Our next stop was the charming town of Madurai, known for its beautiful temples and vibrant culture. We visited the iconic Meenakshi Amman Temple, dedicated to the Hindu goddess Meenakshi, and were in awe of its grand architecture and intricate carvings.
