Very enjoyable South India trip. Sightseeing was comprehensive guides were clear and friendly. Alleppey houseboat stay was serene and comfortable. Hotels were decent, clean, and centrally located. Kanyakumari sunset and Madurai temple ceremony were highlights. Overall, a well managed itinerary.

If you choose this tour you are in for a great adventure. Myself and my wife enjoyed every minute of our days there. The guides at the areas we visited were excellent and knowledgeable. The hotels were good quality with a well stocked buffet breakfast to get you started. We chose to eat out on the evening and chose restaurants of local character and everything was perfect. Book this tour, you'll not be disappointed.
Overall a good trip, hotels were of a good standard. The first week in the South was enjoyable, but 3 overnight train journeys in the second week was too much. Train was old & uncomfortable so good sleep was not possible. Our tour guide Sebin did a fantastic job & was super enthusiastic & helpful. Very few meals included, particularly breakfast which meant paying out for food most of the time. This was a budget trip with no frills. We were 9 total with two of the women basically not participating 90% of the time so not sure why they joined a group tour.
