I am not certain I can make the April 2026 date. If I pay now, would I be able to change the date to 2027 if needed without penalty?

If you are looking to travel in April 2026: For the tour departing on the 26-April, as we are now only 4-days to the departure date, we would need to take the full payment when booking. We will require full payment, as we are now within 30-days prior to travel. Once the full payment is made, we will let our South Korea Team know who can proceed with the bookings. If there are any unavailable services, they will let us know and we will refund you in full. If it is available and bookings are confirmed, we will then let you know and send you the booking confirmation email and trip details. If the bookings have been finalised in your name for this trip, the payment would be non-refundable and unable to move the payment to a 2027 booking. If you are looking to travel in 2027 (or later in 2026): We can follow the standard booking process for any of our 2027 departure dates. You are able to secure a spot on the tour with a 10% deposit. The deposit is flexible up until 70-days prior to the departure date, which means you can move your deposit to a later departure if you find out you cannot make the original date you booked for. This can be done free of charge. If you need to move your departure date after this deadline, the booking T&Cs would apply.

We could potentially have 2 spaces on a tour departing 19-October to 22-October - could these dates work for you?

After perusing your itinerary, I don't think your tour will be suitable as it includes a Tai Kwan Do class and a hip hop dance class. As we are both 82, we have no interest in those two activities and would prefer visiting another attraction.

As an alternative, you could join the first 4 days of our Premium Tour which has a completely different itinerary and doesn't include either of those activities.

This trip was a fun additional to my existing tour window as it filled the need to go with other people, get a tour vibe, and have someone guide me through the city of Seoul before going on my own. Many important areas were covered during the tour's short window (Gyeongbokgung Palace, Bukchon village, Namsan Tower, etc). The Step Inn (hostel of choice for my tour) was quaint enough and centrally located. I felt like this tour was well organized (beforehand via the support team, and during the tour) and worth while!Show more

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 75 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and The Dragon Trip will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
