Can we leave from the airport on Day 9 and go to Phuket for 3 nights (maybe stay Khao Lak) rather than Bangkok and then fly home from Phuket on Day 13 to London. We would like twin room for 2 person and 4 star hotel

On day 4, "jungle trekking" was a 20min. walk to a waterfall, through very normal woods. Then on day 9, my flight SL533 arrived on time in Bkk but nobody was waiting for me!!*#! NOBODY ! 90 min later they phoned me to ask where I was ! Then I spoke to a woman called Lilly, who said they have staff always ready to pick up people. What a blatant lie ! I will never book with PrestiGo again. NEVER !Show more

On this date, we mentioned the pick-up time is 7:30, but when our guide came, you said you didn't know the starting time, and you requested to start at 9:00 am. Starting too late makes it more rushed and more crowded 2. For the pick-up at the airport, I believe our staff was there 24 hours at the airport, and show your name at gate 11 at DMK airport. We have been waiting there for a long time, and our team has contacted the staff to check with you because they couldn't find you. Our team even was there before the flight landed.
