  One of the most educational and novel travel experiences I have ever had. Rachid and Abdel are very experienced travel guides/ operators and were committed to making the travel experience as comfortable and streamlined as possible. We had a large group (22 people), which caused some time issues at restaurants, but Rachid and Abdel adapted and went above and beyond to ensure we saw everything we hoped to and more. Highly recommend Rachid's travel business and Abdel as a guide. Morocco can be tricky to navigate and one could easily find themselves in a less than desirable situation without a knowledgeable and proficient guide. I really enjoyed the Medinas in Fez and Marrakech particularly. There is so much living history that stretches over a millennia. In Marrakech, we had the opportunity to stay in a hotel that was a refurbished Riyadh from the 1800s in the Medina. There are so many unique antiques and handmade/ high-quality crafts for bargain prices throughout the older cities, especially in the Medinas of Marrakech and Fez, but also counterfeits and fakes. Abdel was great at recommending reputable/ well respected business and helped educate us on how to identify fake products. I was able to purchase an antique wool carpet for less than 1/4 of what I would have expected to pay in the US or Europe. It was completely hand made of live wool and dyed with natural colors. Truly a piece of art. Hope to visit again soon!Show more

  Rachid was very patient and accommodating to design our 12 day private tour. He is always responsive and never pushy. We love our hotel selections, the free welcome dinner, and a surprise dinner at Marrakech. Our tour guide Abdullah and our driver Hossein were also fantastic. They took us to some local market to show us how the Moroccan lives. Overall we had a fantastic experience.Show more

  Our 12-day trip to Morocco was excellent. We had a local guide in each city and enjoyed the best of Morocco’s cities—it was a lot of fun! Abdullah, who is incredibly knowledgeable about local cultures and hidden gems, organized everything, including transportation, hotels, and even restaurants, while also giving us plenty of time to explore on our own. Communication was great: we could share our thoughts and needs, and Abdullah adjusted things to suit us perfectly.Show more

  Last May 2023, we went on an incredible and unforgettable 11-day tour of Morocco organized by Discover Morocco Tours. I was very impressed with the level of service and attention to detail provided throughout the entire tour- from airport pickup upon arrival until drop off for our departure. The tour was very well-planned, organized and executed covering a broad range of sights and experiences throughout Morocco from the vibrant markets of Marrakech to the historical landmarks, and to the stunning landscapes of the mountains and the Sahara Desert. Thank you Rachid for crafting a tour that would make us appreciate and love Morocco, the culture, the food and the people. Our tour guide, Abdel, is knowledgeable, patient, and funny, which made the journey even more enjoyable. He has an extensive understanding of the Moroccan culture, history, traditions, and was always happy to answer all our questions. Our driver was also excellent, navigating the narrow roads, busy cities and winding mountain passes with ease that made us feel safe and comfortable. Overall, I would highly recommend Discover Morocco Tours to anyone planning an unforgettable travel experience in Morocco.
