These come with a preset itinerary and your own expert local guide - a great option for a group of 8 adults. Alternatively, you're always welcome to join one of our scheduled group departures (group sizes range from a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 15). To help narrow down some options for you, could you please advise: Which region in Europe you're most interested in visiting for this cycling trip? What level of activity are you looking for? (Easy-going, moderate, or more challenging rides?) When are you looking to travel? Would anyone in your group require an E-bike?

    Could you do this trip on our dates if we got 9 people? If so at what cost per person? Regarding other dates, sept 15 start will not work. What other dates do you have in aug sep or Oct?

      For our private groups, when groups are between 8 to 10 people, it possible the price can be at least 25% + more than our web pricing for your specific departure month, as we would be taking a much smaller group than our planned maximum group size. Currently, the web per person price is listed for the SEP 2024 as $3,450 USD plus single supplement $870 (subject to change). E-bikes are also at a supplement cost which would have to be requested at time of booking as they are subject to availability by our local partners. Note, international flights are not included in pricing. We do have a departure date 18 AUG – 24 AUG for the Cycle Northern France: Brittany to Normandy. Would these departure dates work for your group?

    What is the approx average cycle distance per day? One review indicated people dropped out because the trip was too challenging. What 2as too challenging? The distance or the time allowed for the distance?
