From the very beginning, Nixon made the planning process seamless. He was incredibly responsive, answering my endless list of questions (no matter how many times I asked!) with thorough details that made us feel familiar with the area before we even arrived. A few things that really stood out: Expert Local Advice: He gave us fantastic recommendations for local shops and places to visit that we wouldn't have found otherwise. Flexibility: When our travel plans changed at the last minute, Nixon was a lifesaver, quickly making alternate arrangements without any stress. The Best Guides: Our guide at Machu Picchu, Victor, was outstanding—full of energy, well-spoken, and so patient with our group’s different walking speeds. Great Value: The best part was that the pricing was very reasonable for the high level of service we received. The only minor hiccup was one tour that was scheduled for 6:15 AM where we waited about 30 minutes without an update. However, compared to the incredible support Nixon provided throughout the rest of the trip, it was a very minor setback. Overall, Nixon and his team made our trip enjoyable and way less stressful. Given that the Machu Picchu tours sell out we had lost hope.
