The tour was challenging but very interesting, this is Perfect for those that want to do full fitness exercises hiking, a calm and relaxing train journey, a yoga program, and ayurvedic treatments and you can choose to do what you want. The Sri Lankan vegan food was excellent too. This tour is so much more than a retreat and yoga, I would highly recommend it!!!!!!!Show more
