08:30 arrival can be a bit late to complete for first day's tour thats why we recommending to start the tour next day its not impossible but program will be compressed.

You need an extra pre accommodation in istanbul and an airport transfer. Hotels are recital hotel or recital park hotel. Double room per night is 100 us dollars including breakfast. One way airport transfer from istanbul airport to hotel is 60 us dollars. Entrance fees are: goreme open air museum 25 euros/28 dollars, pasabag valley: 12 euros/14 dollars, underground city: 15 euros/18 dollars, ephesus ancient city 40 euros/45 dollars, house of virgin mary: 15 euros/18 dollars.

Customer anxiety not friendly - since our first follow up we're consistently asking the devil (details), only after 3 days we're asked for complete identity/passport (lazy & lousy) Failed to provide adequate info - refer to voucher dated 10/03/2025, no airline, airport, meeting/drop off/boarding/arrival time, driver, phone, etc. (is it intentional or not processed?) Follow ups withheld - refuse to give the devil until we arrived in Istanbul by calling Mr. Umut 2 hours to respond. Should have booked near Airport not to wake up 2:30 am After-sale customer service - Tourradar was blind/deaf/silent throughout the conversation while Ephesus is unwilling/does not care Tour Guide at Cappadocia - preferred to stay with the Driver than her Guests. Talking being rich & owning hotel, travel agency, etc. instead of history, events or places. Main reason we did not avail the tour next day. At Ephesus - we appreciate the guide humbleness & did not left us all the way. No representative at Istanbul Domestic Airport - we walked all the exits inside & outside the building but no one showing our names. Another waste of money & time for public transport. At our age & experiences, we conclude that there are no perfect agent, operator, itinerary, guide, accommodation, transportation but Turkey is the worst, a guessing & confusing tour.   Just to confirm this tour has 2 night stays one night at Cappadocia and the other night at Kusadasi. If I start the tour on 25th, the first night (25th night) will be a Cappadocia and the next night (26th night) will be at Kusadasi. for 27th night I will need to book a hotel near the IST airport.

  For Cappadocia hot air balloon flight we cannot give a definite price for now. Prices are changing up to the number of available days. If the balloons are flying daily the prices are about 250 dollars per person. If its not flying for 2-3 days the prices goes up to 400-450 dollars per person. So there is no stable price.
