    Cairo

    You'll arrive in Cairo and meet your tour director at the hotel. After checking in, there's a welcome dinner this evening where you'll meet the other travelers on the trip.

  2. Day 2

    Cairo

    Breakfast comes first, then you're heading to Giza Plateau to see the Pyramids and the Great Sphinx. Your Egyptologist guide takes you inside one of the pyramids. Grab lunch on your own, then spend the afternoon at the National Museum of Egyptian Culture or wandering through Khan el-Khalili Bazaar. Group dinner is arranged for the evening.

  3. Day 3

    Cairo

    The morning takes you to the Grand Egyptian Museum where over 100,000 ancient artifacts are on display, including pieces from King Tutankhamun's tomb. After lunch, you'll travel to Saqqara to explore the Step Pyramid and painted mastaba tombs. Dinner's on your own, though there's an optional Sound and Light Show at the pyramids if you're interested.

There's time to walk through the local market and check out a perfume shop. Dinner is on your own, with an optional Sound and Light Show available at the temple.

  5. Day 5

    Aswan

    This morning and early afternoon are yours to explore Aswan however you'd like. Options include Elephantine Island, Nubian villages, the souk, the Old Cataract Hotel, or a felucca ride to Lord Kitchener's Island gardens. You could also visit the remote Kalabsha temple. Later you'll board your cruise ship for lunch, then have dinner onboard.

    Cruise to Kom Ombo and Edfu

    The cruise heads to Kom Ombo and Edfu. You'll tour the Temple of Kom Ombo where you can see mummified crocodiles, then move on to the Temple of Edfu with its impressive pylon and chapel dedicated to Bes. Return to the ship for dinner.

Lunch is aboard the ship, then you'll have a free afternoon. Dinner is included onboard.

    Luxor

    Cross the Nile to the West Bank and spend time in the Valley of the Kings exploring pharaonic tombs, then visit the Valley of the Nobles to see colorful tomb paintings showing daily life. After a boxed lunch, you'll tour the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut with its color paintings and stop at the Colossi of Memnon for photos. Later you'll leave the ship and check into your hotel, but dinner is back onboard.

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
