- Day 1
Ho Chi Minh
Your driver will be waiting in the Tan Son Nhat International Airport lobby with your nameplate. From there, head to the hotel for check-in and settle in. The rest of the day is yours to rest up after traveling or explore at your own pace around the immediate area.

Ho Chi Minh
Start your day checking out Dong Khoi Street to see the French colonial buildings that still define this part of Ho Chi Minh City. You'll walk through Notre Dame Cathedral and the Central Post Office before heading to the former Presidential Palace. Mid-morning, grab a coffee and try some of the local street coffee culture that Saigon does so well. After lunch, the War Remnants Museum gives you a deeper look at the history of the American War. Later, walk through Thien Hau Pagoda in Chinatown and then swing by the FITO traditional medicine museum to wrap up your day.

- Day 3
Mekong Delta
An early start means you'll drive about 1.5 hours to Ben Tre in the Mekong Delta. Once there, hop on a motorboat to see Cai Be floating market where locals sell produce right from their boats. You'll then take a quieter rowing boat through narrow canals before cruising along the Mekong River where you can watch farmers and fishermen working. Lunch happens on An Binh Island, and afterward you'll spend several hours cycling through village roads, walking through orchards, listening to live music, and checking out workshops where they make rice paper and coconut candy. There are also pottery demonstrations at the brick kilns before heading back to Saigon by evening.

Ho Chi Minh to Hoi An
The hotel arranges your pickup for the transfer to the airport. You'll take a domestic flight to Da Nang, and when you land, your driver will be there to meet you. From there, it's a transfer to Hoi An for check-in and the rest of the day is free to settle in and get your bearings.

Hoi An
This day is completely open for you to check out Hoi An on your own schedule. Rent a bicycle from your hotel and ride out to the beach or along the riverside, or just spend time at one of the beachside cafes. If you're interested, there are tailor shops around town where you can order custom-made clothing. When evening comes, walk through the Old Town and see the lantern-lit streets with their colorful street performances.

Cam Thanh Village - Thanh Dong Organic Farm
After breakfast, you'll head to Vong Nhi village and rent a bike for a scenic 6 km ride through coconut forests, prawn farms, and rice fields. At Thanh Dong organic farm, walk through the gardens and hear from farmers about how they work with organic practices. You'll actually get involved in some gardening tasks like preparing manure or harvesting vegetables. Later, take a unique basket boat ride along the Do River to reach The Field Restaurant, where you'll join a short cooking class to prepare and eat a Vietnamese family-style lunch together before returning to your hotel.
