  Based on the reviews I read prior to booking I already had some high expectations for Odynovo. I can honestly say that they delivered on every criteria. From the trip organisation, to the quality of the hotels (exceptional) and activities selected, to the AMAZING guides and drivers. We completed a 19-day tour of Vietnam, Cambodia and Hong Kong. I gave Odynovo very little guidance on what we would like to do, but they managed to provide an excellent and diverse itinerary, full of amazing experiences. With the guides assisting us, we visited places, markets, restaurants, attractions, temples, palaces and museums that we would never have managed on our own. In a holiday filled with highlights it's almost impossible to pick a standout, but our trip to the Mekong Delta would be a contender. Halong Bay, Angkor Wat and Ta Promh were so beautiful and the Killing Fields in Phnom Penh will also stay with me for years to come. Now to decide where we are going to go next!!Show more

She worked with our wants and put us up in beautiful hotels at very reasonable prices. She found us tours, dining, and transportation all of which included a guide who was so kind and informative.   Odynovo at the Top of their Game February and March 2024 Our trip to Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand was fantastic and very well planned, thanks to the Odynovo agency: we got to see and do so much in such a short time. Our drivers were always impeccable and punctual. Our guide in Hanoi,Trinh, was super - charming, enthusiastic and very well informed. As indeed were all our guides particularly Savy in Siem Reap - a former monk who knew everything there was to know about the Angkor temple complex, including identifying the local flora and fauna. High spots of the trip were certainly the cruises in Halong and up the Mekong. Superb cuisine at all times. Also the nightime Vespa tour of Ho Chi Min City - a special thanks to Viviane for this exciting taste of Vietnamese street food and nightlife. In all, an experience not to be missed.   This is the first time I booked with Odynovo and I must say I was very impressed. I worked with Allison to create an itinerary for a private tour for 14 in Vietnam and 3 in Cambodia. Allison was very easy to work with and very responsive to our needs. The tour guides (Ha, Thuy, Quy, Louis, Savy, Lee) were wonderful and gave us great insight and history into the areas we visited. The drivers were all great and got us to each destination safely. The hotels were overall excellent. The only downside which was beyond Odynovo’s control, was all the flight delays and cancellations. Everyone in my group agrees that this truly was a trip of a lifetime and I would definitely book with Odynovo again for my next adventure.Show more

  Bob and I would like to say thank you for providing us with a wonderful experience regarding our trip you organized for us! The memories will be with us forever. Our guides were all outstanding! Each one provided historical and cultural knowledge, personal information and details about every area we visited which gave us a much better understanding of each country we visited. Victor, Truong, Savy and Amy were all fantastic! We didn't spend as much time with Thuan in Hanoi, since we were in HaLong Bay on the boat trip. We were sad to say goodbye to each one when it was time to move on. The drivers kept us safe in very busy traffic as well. There were so many times throughout the trip one of us would be impressed by what we were doing or where we were staying, and the comment would be: Thank you Rosie!!Show more

  Many thanks to Wade and all the Odynovo crew for an excellent tour throught Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, and Thailand. The tour exceeded our expectations. Our private guides and drivers provided exceptional service from the Arrival kiosk to the Departure lounge. Having a local giude and driver meant we were able to learnmore about each country's history and society.All in all, an exceptional experience. A special note about Wade, who answered our first email and 'stayed' with us through the trip. He was always there to answer last minute questions and just generally conveyed the feeling that someone was watching out for us; a nice feeling.
