Yes, Santorini does have its own airport, Santorini (Thira) National Airport (JTR), so you can fly directly from Santorini to Athens after the tour. There are also seasonal/direct flight options from Santorini to other European destinations, depending on the time of year. Flying into Athens and then making your way to the tour's starting point is also a straightforward option. For your return journey, the most convenient option will usually be to fly from Santorini to Athens and then connect with your international flight.

1) For accomodations, I read that it's a mix of hostels, hotels, and hotels in dormitory style? May I ask what they mean? (To be specific, does that mean we will be sharing rooms & bathrooms with others? Or will we get our own room & bathroom?)

The hotels on the itinerary would be as advertised, we are not able to amend these. We do offer pre tour accommodation, but this would be a Basic Multi Share room at Bedbox Hostel Athens. If you wanted alternatives, we recommend booking that indepedantly.

Can multiple bookings be linked for friends traveling together?

To link bookings, details of each traveler should be communicated at the time of booking.

Is there anything available for a shorter time?

7 days is the shortest we have in the greek Islands. Since you need to be back on June 23, the closes departure date would be: Sun, 15 Jun - Sat, 21 Jun. Only 2 days gap at the end. We have some sailing tours but those are 8 days minimum. for example: Sailing Greece - Santorini to Mykonos.
