But we can accommodate your room request for a double room with an additional cost, once you booked the tour you will be given an option for a room upgrade.

The tour as such didn't happen as I was the only on it and had to make my way to everywhere myself. Abrahams as an organisation is not great however the team in Bohol are exceptional. They were able to sort out another mix upwith the company and I had a fab 2 night stay there. I stayed in a 8 bed female dorm clean, own private locker and 2 showers and 2 toilets. Also bushings of hot water. Breakfast very good, great choice refilled regularly. Food there lovely, reasonably priced and good portions. Personally I would say if going to Bohol deal with the team there direct and you will have a fab time.Show more

Regarding the Manila tour, the 6-day package you booked is not a guaranteed group package tour. It only combines with other guests if others book the same day tour on the same date. Unfortunately, there were no other participants on your booking date for this 6 day packages, which is why you traveled independently. As for needing to make your way independently, we believe this was already compensated due to the change in the pickup point in Manila. We can also confirm that the Bohol accommodation was booked correctly as per your reservation. Thank you again for sharing your experience.
