  Die Gruppenreise konnte nicht wie gebucht durchgeführt werden, weil sich bis auf mich niemand angemeldet hatte. Kurz vor der Reise wurde ich gefragt ob ich trotzdem teilnehmen will. Wegen Planungsaufwand und Zeitmangel habe ich zugesagt. Daraus wäre dann eine Einzeltour mit Guide und Fahrer geworden. Jedoch hat der Geschäftsleiter auch noch teilgenommen und alles begleitet jedoch nicht an den Aktivitäten teilgenommen sondern nur alles genervt begleitet und Werbung gemacht und nach Änderungen im Ablauf der Reise gefragt. Sehr unprofessionell und menschenfremd und planlos. Ich Frage mich ob die Reise überhaupt schon stattgefunden hatte davor! Man hat sich nicht wohl gefühlt. Nur mit Guide und eigener Freizeit am Hotel wenn nichts geplant ist wäre besser gewesen. Schade war natürlich dass man nicht in der Gruppe essen und feiern konnte. Die Aktivitäten wurden teilweise am Tag vorher oder am selben Tag gebucht teilweise mit mir dabei. Sehr unprofessionell. Vor allem weil die Surfstunde in canggu gar nicht möglich war und in seminjak stattfand. Eine Gruppenreise mit mehreren Leuten hätte gar nicht surfen gegen können, weil alles ausgebucht war und nur eine Person Ausnahme gemacht wurde. Schnorcheln in gili islands wurde gar nicht gebucht ohne vorherige Rücksprache mit mir als Reisende und zahlende Kundin, weil ich wohl zu erschöpft war, wegen einer vorangegangenen Erkältung, laut Einschätzung des Reiseleiters. Das muss man ja mit der Person absprechen. Habe dann selbst Schnorchelausflüge gebucht an zwei Tagen und drauf gezahlt. Die Reise ist sehr teuer. Die Unterkünfte waren bis auf die in gili islands gut. Trotz teilweise Baustelle neben dem Hotel. Die 3 Sterne Unterkunft auf gili tranwargan hatte einen Ausblick auf ein abgebranntes Feld und brennende bäume mit kakerlaken im zimmer. Als ich das Zimmer wechseln wollte zu besserer Aussicht hat der Reiseleiter nicht geholfen. Der Reiseleiter meinte er bucht bei Gruppen dann 3 Sterne sonst das wäre in keinem Fall ausreichend für internationale und europäische Kunden! Und natürlich viel zu teuer. Die geselligen bezahlten Mittag und Abendessen waren genau das Gegenteil und das Geld dafür habe ich nicht zurück bekommen um entspannt alleine essen zu gehen. Der Reiseleiter wollte nur indisch essen und war keine gesellige Begleitung. Also habe ich nochmal drauf gezahlt und die Hälfte der essen selbst bezahlt. Ohne Reiseleiter wäre ich sowieso alleine essen gegangen da der Guide nur bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten dabei war. Das kann man selbst besser planen und weniger zahlen.Show more

We respect your sentiments and would like to share few things as below: 1. I would like to clarify that it was informed to you already on 8th November that we don't have any members for this trip, and you said probably the guide and you can join so that it doesn't feel awkward. 2. There were only three activities on the trip, first was surfing, second cooking class and third is snorkeling. Surfing was done and booked with Kima Guys as they are the professional ones and specifically, we chosen them as you were travelling alone that's why it was booked a day before. If it would have been for a group, then definitely it would have been booked with a local operator. 3. Cooking class couldn't be done because of your health as you felt sick after surfing. 4. Snorkeling we didn't book because doctor advised you to keep away from oceanic activities for next 5 to 7 days. 5. As a single traveller, we booked all hotels more than what we have quoted. However, you requested to change room in Gili as you didn't like the views and somewhat insects as you said but as described we couldn't upgrade the room category since the hotel was already upgraded. 6. Prices were same till the booking and there was no extra charge. And everything was cleared to you already. We always tried to give you the best, but it couldn't help out because of the group and private trip. We wanted to make this trip safe for you as you were not feeling better after surfing. We are extremely sorry again for this experience on the trip. We assure you to improve our services much better next time and take utmost care. Thanks Manohar
