I have a client interested in the Highlights of Japan and Taiwan tour. He is wondering how many people are booked on the tour already. He's a single traveller and wants to have others on the tour.

The tour is guaranteed departure. The Japan section is the moudular tour which means your client will be travelling on their own on the bullet train and walk to their hotel next to the station on arrival. It is NOT fully guided tour. In Taiwan there will be group tour for 5 days and the rest of the day tours in Taipei will be on Seat in coach basis. Single supplement is required as we do not have shared options.

By large, I enjoyed the tour, the tour guides speak understandable English which makes our communication easier; they are also pretty punctual in terms of the pickup time; the accommodations in all locations are very good. Having said that, I also want to point out few improvement areas: 1. During the three days in Taipei, you could add a going around the city center route; it can replace some of the stops you had on the current plan, 2. It will also be ideal if we can have the same tour guide for all three days and it will give us a sense of consistence. 3. It will also be beneficial if you can offer some optional packages (dinner cruise, visit one of the night market, etc). Overall, I/we enjoyed the trip very ,uch and I plan to do another (South Korea/Japan) late this year. thanks, JohnShow more

  Can you tell me how many people are already booked on the tour from Nov. 5th - 19th? And can you tell me the names of the hotels where the guests will be staying? Also do you book add-on tours, like city tours, possibly a day train tour to Hiroshima from Kyoto?

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 20th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 20th, 2026, a minimum payment of $265 is required to confirm your booking with MW Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and MW Tours will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
