I was waiting until today to purchase that tour because of the tensions that were arising. Is it possible to still be added or did those last two slots get taken? I would be flying in on the 28th saturday so i would need to add a day prior to the tour starting.

At this time, we are unfortunately unable to add any additional travellers to the tour departing on 1 March, as the tour is commencing within the next three days. Due to the short timeframe, we would not be able to secure the necessary confirmations prior to departure. Please let us know if you would like to explore alternative departure dates, and we would be happy to assist further.

Will my 10yr old be eligible to join the tour?

The minimum age for our classic tours is 12 years old so your child will not be able to join. We do have a family tour you can look into where the age limit is 7+.

Could you provide information about the frequency of travel between cities and the type of transportation used during the adventure? I'm also concerned about the physical demands of the trip, as I cannot walk long distances.

This tour has a Physical Level 2 out of 5, meaning only short walks are included. There is no hiking or long walks included in this tour.

Does your tour help with arranging airport transfer?

We do not offer airport transfers for our European tours as there are many transport options available. You can book a private arrival transfer through our preferred partner Holiday Taxis.

Is a brick and mortar meeting place set for the first day of the tour?

This pre-night will be at our starting hotel for day one so you will already be in the meeting place and won't need to change rooms.

Can you include Air Fare from and back to the USA too?

We are unable to quote airfare in our packages, it is only the inclusions listed on the tour overview page.

  The price for the tour is $4377 with the Black Friday sale and the price for the single room option is $2059 so the total for the tour with the single supplement would be $6436 AUD. Up to 30th day prior to departure: Your 20% non-refundable deposit is saved on your file as Lifetime Deposit towards a future tour. From 29th day to 3rd day prior to departure: 70% of travel fare becomes non-refundable: 50% cancellation fee + 20% Lifetime deposit. From 2nd day prior to departure up to departure day or in case of no show : 95% of travel fare becomes non-refundable: 75% cancellation fee + 20% Lifetime Deposit.

- For any tour departing before May 28th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 28th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with G Adventures. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 45 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and G Adventures will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
