We booked another Vietnam trip with Indochina Travels, this time in Central Vietnam and South Vietnam with overnight stays in Hue, Da Nang and Nha Trang and were once again delighted. The fast, perfect and very friendly travel organization by Ms. Nhai Vu from Indochina Travels and Ms. Loan on site for the day of activities in Nha Trang could not have been better! Our very clean hotels with 4 - 5 stars in Hue, Da Nang and our beach resort in Nha Trang with their extremely friendly and helpful staff left nothing to be desired. Both our very good English-speaking travel companion Thien in Hue, Hoi An and Da Nang and our travel companion Tam in Da Nang provided us with a lot of information about Vietnam, its people and culture in a friendly and relaxed manner. For day trips, we can especially recommend the "Golden Bridge" in the Ba Na Hills, the Cham archaeological sites in My Son, and the cities of Hoi An, Da Nang, Nha Trang and the Buddhist temple in Nha Trang. Thanks to Indochina Travels, we had an unforgettable trip in an exciting and beautiful country with lovely and friendly people. We will definitely book our next trip with Indochina Travels ! Reliability is very important! In Hue we were only picked up after about 1/2 hour waiting time at the arrival. At the Pandanus Resort, the hotel was not aware of a pick-up the following day...and that's how it turned out. We were duly seated in the lobby on time before 13:00. A pick-up did not appear until 13:45! I asked the hotel for help and support and received the answer that this was not part of the hotel's service. After several requests, they called somewhere and said that the pickup would come in 20'. It took 45' and we raced to Saigon Airport almost two hours late, were dropped off at the wrong terminal and just managed to catch our flight to Hanoi. Not 10' later and it would have been gone, unthinkable. Above all, it's worth noting how you sit on coals from 13:00 and worry. Thank you, that was bad and unskilled...Show more

Overall, the trip was as it was described before. A lot of flying, different guides and sometimes changes in the group but overall a rather familiar thing with 10-12 people. The guides were sometimes very good, sometimes hard to understand, sometimes unbearably annoying but the mix made it okay. The booking experience with tourradar was not good, you had to book extras directly with the provider. It would have been easier to book on their site instead of going through tourradar.Show more
