Any reason for traveller to be at age of 21 years old? My son is 15 years old so he would not be allowed for this trip?

We can accept children under 21 years of age to the tour. However, the 15 year old needs to share a room with the adults. We can not accept bookings on motorcoach tours for children less than seven (7) years of age.

I'm looking to book this tour for 5 people, but 1 person can only join on Day 6 evening of Day 7 morning. Is it possible to arrange for this? And what will the price be like?

  1) May I check how much would be the cost to extend 1 night on last day at San Francisco? 2) When will I receive the information about the lodging on first day and will the contact number of tour leader be informed few days before my arrival? 2) My flight will only reach LA at 1955 hrs on first day, any issues with checking in hotel? Will there still be any briefing by the tour leader when I reach the hotel?

  Extra Night in San Francisco: We're happy to check availability and provide pricing for an additional night at the end of the tour. Once the main tour is confirmed, I'll request a quote for the extension. Tour Information & Contact Details: You will receive all lodging details and contact information a few weeks before departure. The Tour Leader's contact is typically shared shortly before your arrival as well. Day 1 Arrival: There is no touring scheduled on Day 1. The Tour Leader will be present at the hotel for a welcome briefing, which typically happens in the evening. If you arrive after the scheduled briefing, you'll still be able to check in at the hotel without any issue, and the Tour Leader will connect with you the next day.
