Do you arrange for the bikes to be at our meeting point/first hotel? Are we responsible to find our own meal places for lunch and dinner?

If you rent a bike it will be provided for you at the arrival hotel. Lunch/dinner is not included in the package, only breakfast. But we do give recommendations in our tour documents.

Will I be biking all alone or with the group? If I am alone, will I be able to meet other guests at the hotel at the end of the day. I don't mind biking alone but would love the opportunity to meet other travelers

Our tours are individual which means there is no group or guide. You will cycle on your own but of course it is possible that other travellers booked the tour for the same date as you.

Will your company provide me an invitation letter for my visa process

Once your booking is confirmed and you made the deposit, we will be glad to provide you with a letter of invitation for your visa process.

- For any tour departing before April 18th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after April 18th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Eurobike. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
