We don't provide letters of invitation for this tour; however, you will receive your booking confirmation which you can use to support your visa application.

Is it possible for you to let me know if most of the other participants will be in groups? Do you have any recommendations for other trips as a solo traveler?

Most of our tours are based on twin share rooming. When travelling solo, you can choose to upgrade your trip with the optional My Own Room supplement, or you can simply choose to room with another traveller of the same gender on the tour for no additional cost.

When do we meet on the morning of august 29th and when will we be back at anchorage on the 4th?

This tour meets the group in the lobby at the Sheraton 4 Points Hotel no later than - 8:00am. The tour ends in Anchorage on the 4th.

I wanted clarification regarding the meaning of "private vehicle". Does this mean I should bring my own car, or that a car is provided and we ride to the destinations as a group?

A private vehicle is private G Adventures transportation, typically an 8/9-seater air-conditioned van. This is to note that we don't use public transportation like public buses on this tour.

  I would recommend making sure you can get your visa in time before paying for the tour. Another option would be to contact an insurance company to see if they will cover the cost of the trip if your visa doesn't arrive in time.
