She kept me informed about the transfers, responded immediately when I was directed to the wrong hotel, checked me in for the flights, sent me my boarding passes and even withdrew money with me personally from the ATM. There was also a gift from the agency. Very special thanks to them !!! I actually booked 3 star hotels, but I got 4 stars (the hotels were all great) and on Bali it was a private trip. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 35 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
