However, we would like to address the concerns you have raised. After reviewing the communication logs with our tour agent Elena, we understand how her recommendation regarding the adjustments to your itinerary due to your different arrival times in Iceland and other personal preferences caused you confusion and disappointment. Elena is known for her professionalism and dedication to ensuring our clients have the best experience. Nonetheless, we are only trying to work on the customer benefit but also consider a very important factor in Iceland: the weather and road conditions. Concerning the driver, our records indicate that the itinerary change was due to unfavorable road conditions and since our customer's safety comes first there can always be last-minute changes on the itinerary that can cause changes on the route or additional driving time. We understand how this can be confusing or hard to understand but sometimes, unforeseen circumstances can lead to deviations from the planned route that we communicate to our guests as soon as we notice. Despite these issues, we hope that you were able to enjoy the other aspects of your trip to Iceland. Our team works hard to create memorable experiences for our clients, and we trust that you found value in the carefully selected destinations, comfortable accommodations, and the overall itinerary.
