At what time does the Tour visit Taj Mahal? We would like to go first thing in the morning before the crowds arrive (some tours go before breakfast).

Our tours are flexible, and we can arrange your visit to the Taj Mahal early in the morning at sunrise, as you prefer. However, please note that during winter months, such as January, there is often heavy fog in the mornings. This can obstruct the view of the Taj Mahal, making it less ideal for sunrise visits. If you'd like, we can adjust the timing to ensure the best possible experience.

do I have to pay the full amount as soon as I book? Will I be given a contact number for the tour guide?

To secure your booking, you'll only need to pay 10% of the total amount upfront. The remaining balance will be due 40 days prior to the start of your tour. We will also provide you with all the essential details, including the contact information for your driver and tour guide, one day before the tour begins.

I'd like to know if you could provide us with a tour of Jaipur Udaipur and Jodhpur, we're staying in Delhi and we can arrange flights to the cities in Rajasthan. We'd like accommodations and tour guide included, looking to pay similar price as this one

We had an absolutely fantastic Golden Triangle experience with MTA! The company provided a comprehensive itinerary, and we truly felt immersed in the history and culture of each city. Walking through Old Delhi and seeing Jama Masjid, and getting a ride on a pedaled rickshaw through Chandni Chowk Market was just the start! In Agra, getting to see one of the seven wonders of the world—The Taj Mahal—was nothing short of magnificent! On our way to Jaipur, we made a couple of great stops along the way, including Fatehpur Sikri and Abhaneri. Then in Jaipur, the enormous Amber Fort was a stunning, and I can't forget having a red-faced monkey sit on my head while eating a banana at the Galta ji. Our local guides in Delhi (Uday), Agra (Depak) and Jaipur (Pawan) were all knowledgeable, engaging, and loved to help take excellent pictures to capture the moment. And of course, a special mention must go to our driver, Mr. Vimal. He was with us for 8 days, and was truly top-notch! He was incredibly accommodating, gave great local advice, and ensured we were well taken care of and stayed safe. There was never a time where we were waiting on him—he was always ready ahead of schedule. This was a memorable journey from start to finish. Highly recommend this tour!Show more

My husband and I booked the Golden Triangle of India With 4 Star Hotels - A Group Tour. As others have pointed out it says group, but you do not know if it will be a group or just yourselves until the tour starts. It was just the two of us on this tour. Our driver Raj was AMAZING! The driving in India can be panic-inducing for Westerners, but Raj kept us safe the entire time. He was very considerate, we always had cold water, he opened our doors, helped with our bags, stopped when we needed to, and even got us beers for the road. The itinerary was very clear, but we were not clear about pick-up times. It turned out those would be determined each day by either Raj or our tour guide for the day. Fine, just a bit confusing at first. Overall we were pleased with our hotels and felt that they reflected the 4 star description. Our first tour guide was only starting to give tours in English, he was fluent in French, so our first day in Dehli was a bit challenging, but we made it through. Vinny, our guide in Jaipur was our favorite and one of the best guides we have had anywhere in the world. Just a note - each guide will try to take you somewhere to see how things are made, this is of course in hopes that you will buy something. We agreed to go to the textile shop (and spent way too much money) so when the next place was going to be a jewelry factory, we said no thank you, and were very clear we would be buying nothing, so we skipped it. Feel free to be blunt about going to these types of places. Of course, you can always go and buy nothing. Overall, we were very pleased with this tour and the itinerary.Show more

- Unfortunately we cannot offer you a visa application service. Whether you need a visa or not depends on your nationality and where you wish to travel. Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.
- Here is an indication for which countries you might need a visa. Please contact the local embassy for help applying for visas to these places.
Payment information
- For any tour departing before April 17th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after April 17th, 2026, a minimum payment of 15% is required to confirm your booking with MTA Destination Management Company. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 45 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and MTA Destination Management Company will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "MTA Destination Management Company" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
