Itinerary
- Day 1
Antananarivo
You'll arrive at Ivato International Airport where staff meets you for the transfer to your hotel. After checking in, you'll get a program presentation and your travel documents. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

- Day 2
Highlands to Andasibe
Following breakfast, you'll drive east on winding roads toward Andasibe. A stop in Marozevo lets you visit Peyrieras reserve to see endemic chameleon species. Next, you'll check out Moramanga city and its museum, grab lunch at a restaurant, and continue to Périnet. You'll arrive in the afternoon and settle into your hotel.

Andasibe
You'll spend your entire day in the Analamazaotra reserve's dense humid forest. A guided tour takes you to observe Indri-indri lemurs in their natural habitat, plus other diurnal and nocturnal lemurs, frogs, and reptiles. Later, you'll visit the private Vakona park reserve with its small museum, crocodile lake, reptiles, endemic plants, and aviary. A canoe trip between small islands shows you partially tamed lemurs. Meals at the hotel.

Andasibe to Tamatave (Toamasina)
After breakfast, you'll drive to Tamatave (Toamasina) on the east coast, making small stops to see Malagasy handicrafts and take photos. You'll pass through the scenic palm grove of Ivondro. Upon arrival, lunch happens at a restaurant, then you'll walk through the city's alleys, boulevards, avenues, and cathedrals to discover its history and culture.

- Day 5
Tamatave to Maroantsetra
You'll depart at 5 am sharp from Tamatave port after breakfast. Boarding a high-speed catamaran, you have approximately 14 hours of sailing to Maroantsetra, passing by Foulpointe with ocean views all around. A picnic lunch happens on board, and you'll arrive at night for hotel check-in.

Landmarks Foulpointe - Day 6
Maroantsetra to Masoala National Park
After breakfast, you'll transfer by boat to Ambanizana (about 1 hour 30 minutes) to reach Masoala National Park, covering 230,000 hectares of land and 10,000 hectares of marine area. Your day involves discovering the endemic fauna and flora throughout the park. Picnic lunch in the park, then dinner and overnight at the ecolodge.

- Day 7
Masoala National Park
You'll continue in Masoala with a long day hike searching for Vari Roux and Helmet Vanga birds. A canoe trip takes you through the mangrove on the lagoon and river. In the early evening, a night visit lets you see mouse lemurs, Lépilémur, and Avahi species. Dinner and overnight at the ecolodge.

Landmarks Masoala Marine Park - Day 9
Maroantsetra and Nosy Mangabe Reserve
You'll return to Maroantsetra and visit Nosy Mangabe reserve, the largest island in Antongil Bay at 520 hectares, featuring humid evergreen forest. You'll discover the island's history including 8th century human settlement evidence and European visits, with 'Hollanders' Beach' and Dutch writings visible on rocks. Return to Maroantsetra before early afternoon for dinner and overnight.

Maroantsetra to Antananarivo
After breakfast, you'll take a 1 hour domestic flight back to Madagascar's capital. Transfer to your hotel and visit the craft market on the digue to shop for souvenirs and see Malagasy craftsmen's talents. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Landmarks Craft Market (Digue) - Day 11
Antananarivo
Following breakfast, you'll head out on a historical tour of the capital. You'll visit Ambohimanga (the blue hill), about 20 kilometers north and birthplace of Merina monarchy. Along the way, you'll discover the Padre Pio Charity House, supporting autistic children education. A farewell dinner with the tour team ends your stay. Your hotel room remains available until departure, then you'll transfer to the airport for your flight home.
