Arrival in Phnom Penh
A driver meets you at Phnom Penh International Airport and takes you to your hotel. The day is open for resting after your travel, so you can settle in at your own pace and recover from the journey.

Phnom Penh City Tour
After breakfast, your guide leads you through Phnom Penh's main attractions starting with the Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda. From there you'll see the National Museum and Wat Phnom Temple before grabbing lunch. Later in the afternoon, the itinerary includes the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum and the Killing Fields of Choeung Ek, which are important historical sites. You'll head back to your hotel by evening.

Phnom Penh to Siem Reap
You fly to Siem Reap and check into your accommodation. Start with the Angkor National Museum to get context about Khmer history and the Angkor Wat empire. In the afternoon, wander through the Old Market picking up souvenirs and traditional Khmer items. If you're interested, Pub Street has nightlife options you can explore on your own and return to the hotel whenever you like.

- Day 4
Angkor Temples
Get up early to see the sunrise at Angkor Wat, arriving before crowds build up and positioning yourself near the north pond for the best shots. After breakfast back at the hotel, you'll spend the day moving through the Angkor Thom complex starting at the South Gate. Walk through the Bayon Temple with its 49 giant smiling Buddha faces, then check out the Terrace of the Elephants and Terrace of the Leper King. Ta Prohm comes next, and you'll finish at Phnom Bakheng at sunset for views from the highest temple in the park.

Angkor Temples and Khmer Village
Morning temples include Preah Kahn, Neak Pean, Ta Som, and Pre Rup. Then you drive about 40 minutes through rural countryside to reach Banteay Srei Temple. Along the way, you'll stop at a typical Khmer village to see how locals live, visit inside a family home, and talk with the villagers. By evening, you'll attend a traditional Apsara Dinner Show with dinner included.

Tonle Sap Lake and Departure
Check out from your hotel and head to Tonle Sap Lake for a boat ride around the floating village, which is home to descendants of Vietnamese refugees. After that, you'll transfer to Siem Reap Airport, which takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Budget an extra 1.5 hours for airport procedures before your flight departs.
