Itinerary
- Day 1
Bled - Bohinj to Planika Hut
You'll start at Lake Bohinj and head toward Stara Fužina village, where a forest trail takes you through Voje Valley and into Mostnica Gorge. The path climbs steadily to Vodnik Mt. Hut, then continues on to Planika Mt. Hut where you'll stay tonight. Plan for around 7-8 hours of hiking with significant elevation gain throughout the day, so this is a solid workout to kick things off.

- Day 2
Planika Hut to Mount Triglav to Triglav Lakes Valley Hut
This is summit day. You'll tackle the via ferrata climb from Planika Hut up Mount Triglav's peak, gaining about 400 meters in elevation. After reaching the top, you'll descend through Triglav Lakes Valley, passing several mountain lakes on the way down. By evening you'll reach Triglav Lakes Hut by the Double Lake where you'll spend the night, so it's a long but rewarding day on the mountain.

- Day 3
Triglav Lakes Valley Hut to Bohinj to Bled
Your final hiking day takes you past Black Lake to Komna plateau, then down toward Bohinj Lake where your hiking adventure wraps up. If you're still feeling strong, there's an optional 20-minute walk to see Savica waterfall nearby. After that, you'll head back to Bled in the afternoon, finishing out your mountain experience with an easy transfer down from the high country.
