I booked this tour because of the excursions that would allow me to see the Phang Nga Bay and Phi Phi Islands. The hotel Deevana Plaza was not very clean and was a disappointment given the price and the gym had old weights with no cardio equipment. The 2 full day excursions were great, with knowledgeable and friendly guides for the most part, however the lunch provided lacked variety and the only protein on offer was chicken or fish, no red meats; given both lunch were in majority muslim places that might explain this dearth of choices. Scheduled pick up times were changed last minute on me and my ride to airport came in a full 15 minute before the agreed time, pressuring me unnecessarily when on vacationShow more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 8th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 8th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Destination Services Thailand. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Destination Services Thailand will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
