On this tour, the included accommodation is at a hotel for 3 nights. No tent reservation.

Do the tour tickets include entrance to the tents and seating inside? Which tent is known already? What is the difference between a 'tweeling' room for two people and a 'single' room for two people?

Entry to the festival grounds is free of charge. Food, rides, and beverages are at your own expense. The group will visit the Lowenbrau tent. For two travelers, you'll be booked in a twin room with two single beds in one shared room. A single room is designed for just one guest and is typically more compact and priced differently.

Cycling is just a free time add-on. If you do not want to join this activity, you will have free time to do other things or visit other places. We highly recommend coordinating with the Trip Manager on tour so they can provide you suggestions or recommendations as alternative for the cycling activity.

Is it okay to be a little late for the tour that starts at 2:00? Does this include reservations at the tents? Does the tour guide stay with us the whole time/are able to ask questions on what else we can see and is the transportation solely from hotel to Oktoberfest or does that include from airport as well?

Yes, that is acceptable. In the event this occurs, please ensure that you notify your Trip Manager in advance. Your accommodation will be in hotels, no tent reservations. The Trip Manager will be available to assist you throughout your journey. Only the airport transfers are not included.
