Johannesburg
Your driver will pick you up at OR Tambo International Airport and take you to your hotel in Johannesburg. After settling in, the rest of the day is yours to wander around the city. Johannesburg has a lot to offer, from its gold mining history to modern neighborhoods and local spots worth checking out.

Johannesburg to Kruger National Park - Panorama Route
Head to Johannesburg Airport for your flight to Kruger National Park. Once you arrive, you'll start driving the Panorama Route, which connects several key stops. You'll see God's Window, Bourke's Luck Potholes where the Treur and Blyde rivers meet, Blyde River Canyon with its dramatic cliffs, and the Three Rondawels rock formations. The drive itself is the main event here, offering views throughout.

- Day 3
Balule Nature Reserve
Your driver transfers you to Balule Nature Reserve where you'll stay at a safari lodge. After arriving, you'll join an experienced ranger and local tracker for your first open-vehicle game drive. You'll be with other lodge guests, so it's a good way to meet people while looking for wildlife on the reserve.

- Day 4
Balule Nature Reserve
Start before dawn for an early morning game drive with your ranger and tracker. The light is best then, and animals are more active, so you'll have good chances to photograph them up close as the vehicle moves through the bush. Around three hours in, you'll head back to the lodge for breakfast. After eating, you can relax by the pool or join an armed ranger for a bush walk on foot. Later in the afternoon, another game drive takes you out again.

- Day 5
Balule Nature Reserve to Cape Town
Wake up early for a sunrise game drive, catching the reserve as it comes alive. After returning, you'll be driven to the nearest airport for your 3-hour flight to Cape Town. Your private driver picks you up and takes you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to rest up or explore your new area a bit.

Cape Town
This day focuses on Cape Town's history. You'll see the Castle of Good Hope and City Hall, then check out St. George's Cathedral, the oldest church in the city. Walking through Company Gardens leads you to Bo-Kaap, the cultural and colorful neighborhood where you can see local life and street art. From there, you'll head to Table Mountain (you can take the rotating cable car up). Later, a ferry takes you to Robben Island where you'll learn about the prison where Nelson Mandela spent 18 years of his life.

- Day 7
Cape Peninsula
You'll explore Cape Peninsula by boat, first heading to Duiker Island where thousands of seals live and sun themselves on the rocks. Next is Cape Point Nature Reserve at the southern tip, where a funicular cable car lifts you up to the lighthouse that once warned ships about the treacherous waters. From there, hike the trails down to white sand beaches. Later, you'll go to Boulders Beach where endangered African penguins hang out on the shore. The day ends at Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, which has 7,000 different plant species spread across the gardens.

Paarl - Stellenbosch - Franschhoek
You'll travel to three major wine regions: Paarl, Stellenbosch, and Franschhoek. These areas are responsible for most of South Africa's wine production. At various vineyards, you'll learn how wine gets made, pick up tasting techniques, and sample wines from the region's estates. The scenery in these valleys is nice, and there's usually good food available too.
