We strive to provide a high level of service, and it’s disappointing to learn that this wasn’t the case during your trip. I would like to address some of the points you mentioned: You did not book a taxi service. We are a chauffeur services company, and you had a private car and driver exclusively for your 5-day trip. The service you received was tailored specifically for you, ensuring comfort and convenience throughout your journey. Unfortunately, some sites were closed due to the extreme heat, and you preferred to skip the visit to the Acropolis. It’s important to note that you did not request licensed tour guides for your trip, opting instead to travel with only the driver. The hotels we booked for you were 4-star properties with high ratings on Booking.com. These included the Divani Meteora Hotel in Meteora and the Elizabeth Boutique Hotel in Thessaloniki. We have consistently received positive feedback from other clients regarding these accommodations. Additionally, we sent you the program and hotel details months in advance. If you had any concerns or wished to make changes, we would have been more than happy to make any change of the hotels Please don’t hesitate to contact me directly if you’d like to discuss this further. Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 16th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 16th, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Private Tours Greece. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
