Our guide, Andy, answered just about every question we asked- on the culture, the food, the architecture, the economy, the history, the religion. Our tour was exceptional from start to finish. Because of fortunate timing, we had a tour for just the three of us during the busy tourist season. We had the undivided attention of each of our wonderful guides who gave us their unique perspective on parts of this beautiful country and its culture. Every day was a different adventure, mixing history, culture, and modern life in just the right balance. And we absolutely loved the food, from historic ginseng chicken soup to lunch at the fish market and all of the tasty choices from markets and street stalls.Show more
