We do not mail physical documents. Instead we make PDF copies available to download from my.globusjourneys.com roughly 30 days prior to departure. The documents can also be accessed on the GlobusGo app around the same timeframe.

Will there a tour in 2026 for New England and Hudson Valley?

At this time we do not have an answer on if we will have it available for the 2026 year. Currently we just launched our 2025 North America tours so please follow up for the year 2026, next year.

Can you explain what a twin share room is.

Twin share means double occupancy, two people in a room who are traveling together. If you are a single traveler, there is a supplement for a single accommodation. We do not put people in rooms together that do not know each other and are not traveling together.

What is your cancellation policy?

To book this tour, a $250 per person deposit is required. That deposit is non-refundable. However, you can rebook to an alternate tour or to a later date with no penalty as long as it is 90 days prior to departure. Final Payment Date: 45 days prior to the commencement of services. Cancellation Fees: 45-22 days: 20%, 21-8 days: 30%, 7-1 days: 50%, Less than 1 day: 100%.

- For any tour departing before May 21st, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 21st, 2026, a minimum payment of $250 is required to confirm your booking with Globus. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Globus will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Globus" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
